We accept returns within 14 days for a no quibble refund or replacement. In the event of a 'change of mind', please return the goods in their original packaging, in new condition within 14 days. You, the customer is responsible for the carriage costs and proof of delivery in the event of a dispute. We strongly recommend that you choose a tracked service in order to prove delivery should it be necessary.
If your goods are damaged or faulty, please email info@bargainbuys.online with your order details and complaint. Do not return the goods until we contact you, as we will cover the costs of carriage and supply you with a label.
